Fees
Fees are not based on a percentage of the sale price. They are based on the recommended fees by the Cyprus Bar Association. However, fees for drafting property sale agreements vary, according to the price of the property involved (the fees are calculated based on a formula of the Bar Association and the price of the property is used to calculate them).

Christina Mavronicola has been in practice in Cyprus since 1992. She obtained her law degree from the University of Leicester, U.K., and was called to the Bar in 1992 at Gray’s Inn, London, U.K.
John D. Mavronicolas – Consultant
Mr. John D. Mavronicolas was born in Paphos, Cyprus and studied law in England. In 1959 he became a Barrister at Law, at Gray’s Inn, London. He is fluent in Greek and English.He was called to the Cyprus Bar Association in 1959 and was the founder of the firm Mavronicolas & Co. He had been practicing active advocacy until 2002 when he retired and is now acting as the Consultant of the firm.
