Bay. Not far away is the very pretty village of Peyia which is well known for it's lovely restaurants.
The nearby resort of St George (Ayios Georgios) is a popular place to
stay and there are some excellent fish restaurants close to the bay.
This small fishing village is just a short distance from the beautiful village of Pegeia and the nearby Island of Geronisos is a popular residential area known as Sea Caves where there are many natural caves.
This area marks the start of the beautiful Akamas
Peninsula and it's a great location for swimming, taking mountain walks and
cycling. The beaches are unspoilt and Latchi is a very popular place to stay.
The nearby town of Polis is also close to the Akamas Peninsula and
has a lovely town square where you'll find a variety of restaurants. This is a really
stunning and unspoilt area of Cyprus where you can chill out beneath a backdrop of
mountain pines, flowers in the Spring and amazing beaches.

The lovely Pissouri Bay
has sea front restaurants, bars, shops and a shingle beach and in the village is a
fountain and a variety of restaurants, local tavernas and bars. It's location is 30km to the west of Limassol town centre and the same distance from Paphos.
